01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at adstrigger.com or engaging our Google Ads management services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 Services Offered

Ads Trigger provides the following digital marketing services:

• Google Ads Management & Optimization
• Google Ads Setup & Campaign Creation
• Google Ads Audit & Performance Review
• Google Ads Training & Consultation
• Google Ads Account Suspension Recovery
• Google My Business Management

The scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal shared with the client prior to engagement.

03 Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and goals.
• Grant necessary access to your Google Ads account, Google Analytics, and other platforms as required.
• Ensure timely payment of agreed fees as per the invoice schedule.
• Communicate any changes in business goals or budget in a timely manner.
• Comply with Google's advertising policies and applicable laws.

04 Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made as per the agreed schedule. The following payment terms apply:

• A management fee is charged separately from your Google Ads budget.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services.
• All fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

05 No Guarantee of Results

While we use proven strategies and best practices to maximise your Google Ads performance, Ads Trigger does not guarantee specific results such as a fixed number of leads, sales, or return on ad spend (ROAS). Advertising results depend on various factors including market competition, budget, product/service quality, and landing page performance.

06 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business information, strategies, account data, and communications strictly confidential. We will never share your business data with third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

07 Intellectual Property

All campaign strategies, ad copies, reports, and materials created by Ads Trigger remain the intellectual property of Ads Trigger until full payment is received. Upon full payment, all deliverables are transferred to the client. You may not resell or redistribute our work without prior written permission.

08 Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a written notice of 15 days. Upon termination:

• All pending invoices must be cleared immediately.
• Access to accounts and tools will be revoked upon project closure.
• No refund will be provided for services already rendered.

09 Limitation of Liability

Ads Trigger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last one month of service.

10 Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11 Changes to Terms

Ads Trigger reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.
